WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
You can contact us if an item is out of stock, We will do our best to give you an accurate estimated date as to when the item will be back in stock and available to purchase.
You can also frequently check the website to see if the item is back in stock.
Occasionally an Item may be discontinued and will no longer be available to purchase on the website.
In addition, some "fabrics" ONLY might get discontinued.
Depending upon fabric availability, the print Pallows may change their "clothes" from time to time, but will always stick to the same theme i.e. Dreamy will always have a star theme, Bella will always have a dancing theme...etc. , .
If there is a defect with the workmanship, We are more than happy to replace your Pallow® as there is 100% guarantee on them. As soon as we receive your defected Pallow, we will immediately ship out a new one at no additional shipping cost.
Refunds are accepted within 14 days.. Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping, plus any non-fedundable fees.. Once returned item is received we will issue a refund. It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed and sent to your card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for you to receive your refund.
